The Annual Retreat of the African Member States Plus in the United Nations Security Council
(A3 Plus) (Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, Algeria 🇩🇿, Somalia 🇸🇴 and Guyana 🇬🇾) commenced yesterday, February 25th, in Georgetown, Guyana- this year’s host. Permanent Representatives and Political Coordinators of the A3 Plus and African Union representatives are in attendance.

The theme for the three day retreat is “Enhancing and sustaining the authoritative voice of the A3 Plus at the UN Security Council.”
